4. FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD DATA
Auto Ignition Temperature: 430°C. Attributed to the Polymer Component.
Extinguishing Media: Water Spray, Carbon Dioxide, Dry Chemical, Foam. Use Water Spray to keep adjacent material cool.
Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Standard Procedure for Class A Fires, (Use self-contained breathing apparatus)
Unusual Fire & Explosion Hazards: Above 250°C. thermal decomposition gives flammable irritant
Hazardous products of Combustion: Styrene Monomer, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Dense Smoke, may also produce Benzene and other hydrocarbons.

This product is NOT classified as hazardous to health in EU Countries.

Emergency & First Aid Procedures: This material can be considered as non irritant to skin and eyes and practically non harmful by ingestion. Products formed by thermal decomposition can be irritant to skin and mucous membranes. Dust and particles released from machining may cause mechanical irritation of eyes.

Incompatibility (Materials to Avoid): Avoid contact with concentrated acids.
Hazardous Polymerisation: Will not occur.
   
7. SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES
STEPS to be taken if material isreleased or spilled: If material is NOT contaminated, it can be wiped and used.
Waste Disposal Method: Disposal must be done in accordance with relevant regulation. Sanitary landfill is recommended.
   
8. SPECIAL PROTECTION INFORMATION
Appropriate Hygienic Practices: Avoid breathing fibres or dust. Wash thoroughly after handling and before eating, drinking or smoking. Remove contaminated clothing and clean before reuse.
Personal Protective Equipment: When processing (e.g. Cutting, grinding), wear appropriate dust mask, impervious gloves, Safety Glasses and appropriate protective clothing.
Engineering Controls: Adequate ventilation should be provided during processing.

Store in a dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
